Thank you for shopping at Nocturna Jewels. We want you to love your gothic jewelry piece. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
• Custom or made-to-order pieces.
• Items marked as final sale.

How to Start a Return

Email lavibarel9323@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at lavibarel9323@gmail.com with photos of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
