Will these rings turn my fingers green?
No. Every ring and piece of jewelry in the Vault is crafted from premium, tarnish-free stainless steel (not a thin plating over cheap alloy). Stainless steel doesn't react with skin the way low-grade metals do, so it won't turn your fingers - or your neck or ears - green, even with daily wear. It also resists rust and tarnish far better than typical costume jewelry.
How long does shipping take?
Every order is hand-packed within 1-3 business days. From there, domestic shipping typically takes 4-7 business days, and international orders usually arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Are the sizes adjustable?
It depends on the piece. Our chokers with a buckle or tie closure (like the Pink Leather Buckle Choker and the Feather Charm Wrap Choker) are fully adjustable to fit most necks. Rings are currently offered in a single, versatile size - check each product's description for exact fit details before ordering.
What are your rings and jewelry made from?
Our core materials are premium stainless steel and stainless-steel alloys, chosen specifically because they're hypoallergenic, durable, and resistant to tarnish - unlike the plated base metals used in a lot of budget gothic jewelry.
What is your return policy?
Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons, and custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective. Full details are on our refund policy page.
